This product is an anticholinergic drug that binds to M cholinergic receptors and resists the muscarinic effects of acetylcholine and other cholinergic drugs. It mainly relieves the spasm of smooth muscle, inhibits glandular secretion, relieves the inhibition of the vagus nerve on the heart, makes the heart beat faster, dilates the pupils, and increases intraocular pressure; excites the respiratory center. Clinical application: Rescue infection and toxic shock, relieve organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, Aspen syndrome and visceral colic, and can also be used for pre-anaesthesia administration, mydriasis or treatment of keratitis, iritis, etc. Combined with morphine to treat liver and kidney colic.
